As a Director and Principal Surveyor of Trad Mod, Tom has a keen eye for detail which has been developed over many years working in both property and construction.
His experience ranges from surveying and designing standard dwellings, heritage properties/projects to managing the quality on buildings in scope (HRB’s) being part of some of the most prestigious projects in the UK in cities like Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and Sheffield.
His passion for quality in construction, technical knowledge and attention to detail provides a great mix for his surveying duties complimented by his experience when dealing with local authorities, a flair for design and creative problem solving.
In his personal time, he spends time with his family taking time in the Peak District on family walks with the dog. And when he can find the time, he enjoys a round of golf and other outdoor pursuits.

Jess
Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, Jess utilises her estate agency background where she worked in almost every role from apprentice to valuing in some of the best areas around Sheffield. She is a highly organised individual and, since joining Trad Mod she has implemented a way of working that is not only efficient but done with a customer first approach.
In her personal time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children and loves to bake for her loved ones.
