Delivery, Cancellations & Refund
Delivery Policy
Your survey will be arranged once instructions have been received, and the report will be issued after payment has been successfully processed. Inspection dates will depend on surveyor availability. We aim to send your documents within 5 working days following completion of the inspection date.
Any timescale we provide for delivery of reports is an estimate given in good faith only. We will use all reasonable efforts to provide the reports within the timeframe indicated.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel before the inspection takes place and more than 7 days after the date of ordering, Trad Mod Surveyors Ltd. will be entitled to retain a fee of £60 to cover expenses reasonably incurred.
If cancellation occurs within 2 days of the survey date, Trad Mod Surveyors Ltd. will be entitled to retain a fee of £60 to cover expenses reasonably incurred.
If you cancel your survey on the agreed inspection date, or if the surveyor is unable to gain access to carry out the inspection, you will be charged 50% of the total fee.
If you choose to cancel your survey for any reason after the inspection has been completed but before the written report has been issued, we will charge a fee equal to 80% of the total fee. All charges are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
Refunds Policy
Refunds will be made where an error occurs at the point of payment, such as an overcharge to a credit card or an error when submitting details. Any refund due will be returned using the same payment method originally used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving written notice of cancellation.
