As a Director and Principal Surveyor of Trad Mod, Tom has a keen eye for detail which has been developed over many years working in both property and construction.

His experience ranges from surveying standard dwellings, heritage properties/projects to managing the quality on buildings in scope (HRB's) being part of some of the most prestigious projects in the UK in cities like Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and Sheffield. 

A Director of Trad Mod, Paul has a vast amount of experience in property and construction; both in the UK and Europe.

He has been a SME developer in addition to running his own successful design & construction companies. Alongside this he has carried out a number of roles and duties developing his deep skill set. 

Moving into surveying was an obvious choice as his knowledge and experience can be utilsed on a larger scale.
