This can be a range of different instructions where we carry out monitoring on behalf of relevant stake holders in construction projects. Ensuring projects stay on track and patent and latent defect free.

 A Clerk of Works provides on-site oversight and inspection of construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and regulations. They act as the client's representative, monitoring quality, progress, and safety to identify and address potential issues, ultimately helping to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard. 

A detailed inspection to determine whether the property is appropriate for the required needs and is a sound investment. 

A detailed, written record of a property's condition at a specific point in time, usually used to protect both landlords and tenants in lease agreements. 

 A building reinstatement cost assessment (BRCA) will give you an accurate, comprehensive overview of what it would cost to demolish and rebuild a property, and any other features, to ensure that the insurance would cover you in the event of this happening 

 A Level 3 survey, also known as a Building Survey or Full Structural Survey, is the most comprehensive type of property survey, providing a detailed analysis of a property's condition, including its structure, materials, and services. It's recommended for older, larger, or significantly altered properties, or when major renovations are planned. 

 A Level 2 survey, also known as a Homebuyer Survey, is a visual inspection of a property by a qualified surveyor to assess its overall condition and identify any significant issues. It's suitable for conventional properties in moderate to good condition and provides detailed information about the property's condition, potential repairs, and future maintenance needs. 

After buying a new build property or have work done on a property a snagging survey is carried out to identify any defects that may still exist. These are measured to Warranty, Building regulation and British Standards. This should be carried out within the first two years of purchasing the property.
