Trad Mod Surveyors takes the privacy of your data very seriously. This privacy policy sets out how we use and protect any personal information that you provide to us. The information may be provided by you when you engage with us to provide surveying services, sign contracts with us or when you provide us with contact details for quotes or job applications.

Why do we hold your data?

We process personal data relating to those who request quotes or survey appointments, who apply for job vacancies with us or who send speculative job applications to us. We do this to provide survey services, employment purposes, to assist us in the selection of candidates for employment, and to assist in the running of the business. The personal data may include identifiers such as name, address, date of birth, personal characteristics such as gender, qualifications and previous employment history.

How long do we hold your data?

The personal data provided during an application process will be retained for a period of at least six months or, if required by law, for as long as is required.

Who can access your data? 

Access to all of your information is strictly controlled and limited to ensure that only authorised employees. We may share  information with third parties to perform services on our behalf.  When we use third party service providers, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service and we require them to keep your information secure and not to use it for their own direct marketing purposes. Please be reassured that we will not release your information to third parties to use for their own direct marketing purposes, unless you have requested us to do so, or we are required to do so by law, for example, by a court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime.

Changes and access to your personal data 

You have the right to access information held about you by the Company. The Company has a month to respond to a request. We will ask for proof of ID before allowing access. We will then ensure that the information we hold is corrected and updated. If at any point you believe that the information we process on your behalf or on you is incorrect, you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted.
